Gmail on desktop

Create your signature

Open Gmail settings

In Gmail, click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner, then click "See all settings". Navigate to the "General" tab.

Find the Signature section

Scroll down to the "Signature" section. Click "+ Create new" to add a new signature, and give it a name like "Work" or "Professional".

Paste your signature

Click inside the signature text box and press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac) to paste the signature you copied from our generator. Your formatting, colors, and layout will be preserved.

Set as default

Below the signature editor, under "Signature defaults", select your new signature for both "For new emails use" and "On reply/forward use". Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes".

Can I add an image or logo to my Gmail signature? +
